The bolt pattern has to match exactly
The bolt pattern is the arrangement of lug holes on the wheel, and it has to be the same as the pattern on your vehicle. There is no "close enough" — a wheel with the wrong pattern does not go on safely, full stop.
Size and offset decide where the wheel sits
Diameter and width have to pair with a tire size that works for the vehicle. Offset — where the mounting surface sits in the wheel — decides where the whole package sits in the wheel well. Too far in and it can crowd brakes and suspension parts; too far out and it can rub at full turn and change how the vehicle steers and wears its tires.
Trucks that work need a load rating, not just a look
If your truck tows or hauls, the wheel has to be rated for that load. A wheel chosen only for its finish can be the wrong wheel for a truck that earns its keep.

Your year, make, and model, plus your current tire size if you have it handy. With that, the shop can check bolt pattern, size, offset, and clearance on paper first — then talk finishes, and what is in stock or can be ordered.
The install is one visit
