Good Work, Weekday Hours — and No Weekends
Southern KY Tire Pros is a family-owned tire and auto repair shop at 1004 Happy Valley Rd in Glasgow, KY. We opened in 2022, and the work on this floor is tires, wheels, alignments, lifts, and general repair — a front-end specialist shop that stays busy on the work other shops send out.
The schedule is the headline: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We are closed Saturday and Sunday, so your weekends are your own — no weekend rotation, no Saturday shifts. If you have worked a shop that runs six days, you know exactly what that is worth.
The equipment is current Hunter gear: a Hawkeye Elite alignment system on an 18,000-lb rack, and a Road Force Elite balancer. You would be working alongside ASE-certified technicians, on the alignment and front-end work this shop is known for. The building itself is heated and cooled — warm in the winter, air-conditioned in the summer. If you have worked an unheated shop floor in January, you know that is not a small thing.
About 15 minutes from I-65 Exit 53, the shop draws customers from across Glasgow and Barren County — Cave City and Horse Cave included. If you live anywhere in the area, the drive is an easy one.
The Jobs on This Floor
These are the roles this shop staffs. Openings come up as the work does, so this page is not a promise that a seat is open today — it is who we hire. If you do one of these jobs and the weekday schedule sounds like getting your life back, call and ask what is open.
